“; And so she goes on…”

So I have joined “project semicolon” or the semi-colon movement that symbolizes freedom and gives hope to those surviving and struggling with depression, self-harm, suicide, or addictions. I always loved the semicolon 🙂 in my writing which is probably why I don’t use it accurately sometimes…. but this is a beautiful symbolic message…

I’ll be carrying the “semi-colon” with me every day.

Our stories and struggles remain real…and yet incomplete… so we must keep going…

I would encourage anyone else to be involved in this, and not to be afraid to share your involvement in support of the cause for people you love or for yourself….

“The semicolon symbolizes that the difficulties they face are not the end but a new beginning.”
